Position Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shifts

Specialty: Geriatric or Primary Care experience preferred nut not required

Focus: Managing chronic conditions through the development, implementation, and monitoring of personalized health plans

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide ongoing patient support, offering peace of mind to patients and their families between visits.
