**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This position requires experience in CNC machine operation, the ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with G and M code. The ideal candidate will also be proficient with calipers and micrometers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC machinery efficiently and accurately.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Set up CNC machines according to specifications.

+ Use calipers and micrometers to ensure precision measurements.

+ Maintain machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in CNC machine operation

+ Ability to read blueprints and understand G and M code

+ Proficiency with calipers and micrometers

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Entry-level position; aptitude in operating CNC machines required

+ Familiarity with lathe operations is a plus

**Work Environment**

Work in an industrial metal-making shop. The daylight shift offers flexibility with start times of 4am-12pm, 5am-1pm, or 6am-2pm. During the first few weeks of training, you will need to match the current CNC Lead's schedule. The environment is friendly and collaborative.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
