Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited OT assistant program, required.
- Experience: Relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT assistant license, required.
