Job Description
Workshop is looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to help us grow revenue. We are on pace to substantially grow this year, but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 4+ years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of enterprise opportunities working to add value and strategically work the accounts to get in front of key contacts within your book of business.
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Workshop to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities.
  • Manage a complex sales cycle consisting of multiple demos, stakeholder meetings, vendor reviews, and negotiation meetings to successfully secure the business.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for contact and deal management
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Meet or exceed your monthly quota
To be successful at this position, you'll need to:
  • Have experience working in a new business sales role - account management experience will not be considered for this role.
  • Display comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
  • Strong business and sales acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities at varying stages of the sales process.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience negotiating contracts with procurement stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to maintain CRM records and manage a $3M+ pipeline of opportunities
Bonus points if you:
  • Have previous experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Have worked with internal comms, marketing, IT or HR buyers
