Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Manage patient cases effectively within an outpatient setting, as well as through telehealth consultations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in population health initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document and track patient care, with Athena preferred.
  • Engage in continued learning and development through knowledge-sharing across the network.
Qualifications:
  • Experience : 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency.
  • Licensure : Current, unrestricted Arizona State license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification : Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Life Support : Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • DEA Registration : Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
  • Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment : Active enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
  • Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena experience preferred.
