Location: Blaine, MN
Wage: $22 - $25/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm

Duties of the CNC operator / production lead:

• Operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately
• Train and develop skills to advance into a production lead role
• Perform tool changes and adjust speeds, feeds, and offsets on machines
• Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Edit machine programs and ensure proper operation
• Collaborate closely with the supervisor to meet production targets

Requirements of the CNC operator / production lead:

• 2+ years of CNC machining or production lead experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Some machine setup skills, with the ability to set up and edit machines preferred
• Quick learner with a proactive approach
