• Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy services, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the primary Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create and adjust programs tailored to each patient's unique needs and capabilities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective techniques and skills to support ongoing therapy and recovery goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to gather essential data, develop treatment plans, and set measurable short- and long-term goals for each resident.

What You Bring:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L certification required).
