Job Summary:
As an Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry through to product delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Generate new business leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions from our product range, including doors, drawers, and kitchen accessories.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals to new and existing clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, products, and deliveries.
    • Follow up on all open quotes and orders to ensure successful conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing & Coordination:
    • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are captured and communicated clearly to the production team.
    • Coordinate with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
    • Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability for orders.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Share insights with the team to improve processes, products, and customer service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role (preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry).
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet manufacturing, cabinet doors, and drawer products is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. CRM software experience is helpful (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, sales, or related field is preferred.
