Join the Snowflake team.This role will partner with teams across Snowflake to build, enhance, and run a wide range of processes to support the Snowflake product teams. This is an in-person role based in San Mateo, California.RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to provide counseling and guidance on new and existing features and offerings, with an initial focus on supporting the Product Experiences team.Consult and advise on product plans and launches, including working with the business requestor to understand the proposed activities, evaluate them, and make recommendations to senior management.Create and support continuous improvements of forms, policies, and processes to streamline, simplify, and automate support of the Product Management and Engineering teams.Work cross-functionally within the legal team and the broader organization, including with product, engineering, privacy, security and compliance, intellectual property, and sales.Provide sound, practical advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders.REQUIREMENTS: JD from an accredited law school, membership in at least one state bar, and ability to practice in California.At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience preferred.Technical savvy with ability to quickly learn and support new paradigms.Ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms.Attitude that no project is too big or too small.Comfort working in an extremely fast-paced environment.Sense of humor!Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
