All while understanding that **together** we are even better.**Schedule:** Per Diem, As Needed**Shift** : Days - Every Other Weekend, 8 hour shifts**Location: AdventHealth**60 Memorial Medical Parkway Palm Coast, Florida 32164**The role you’ll contribute:**Evaluates and treats patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.**The value you’ll bring to the team:**+ Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills+ Designs appropriate plans of care, including type and frequency of treatment+ Implements treatment plans using appropriate modalities+ Documents patient progress+ Plans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services and provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs+ Oversees the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians, according to established regulations and practice standards+ Meets productivity standard as defined by department+ Handles and disposes of hazardous waste following established protocol and consistently adheres to department’s radiation dosimetry process, including meeting all badge return deadlines in a timely manner as required by facility or business unit.Qualifications**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:****EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**· Occupational Therapy LicenseThis facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
