Pay Range: $20-25

ONSITE, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (after training period, position is 75% onsite based on business needs and performance)

This exciting opportunity is in our client's Customer Care Center where we support our customers via telephone and written correspondence. Our B2B channels include Commercial Contractors, Commercial Service, National Accounts, and International offices who are seeking after-market replacement components. The Customer Care Center is a high-volume, fast paced and metric driven call-center with a team atmosphere. We emphasize customer satisfaction, building strong business relationships and driving sales growth.

What You Will Do:

Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Excellent Customer Service Skills

+ Ability to work with a team and independently

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

+ Organized and attention to detail

+ Familiarization with Salesforce is a plus

+ Knowledge of HVAC products or related industry is a plus

+ May involve overtime
