Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete (Remote, California)
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete for a remote opportunity in California to work with our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice.
Requirements:
•5-8 years of restrictive covenant & trade secret litigation experience
•Experience litigating restrictive covenant & trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery
•Admitted to practice law in California
•Reside in the State of California
•Travel required
Base Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 + Bonus
