Job Title: RNJob DescriptionThe RN will assist the provider throughout the clinic with duties including but not limited to: - Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists in patient assessment. Accurately records history and performs basic triage procedures per policy. - Retrieves initial basic condition of patients, creates nursing history and reports to appropriate practitioner. - Assists providers with examinations and procedures. - Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records.
