We are looking for seasonal summer help in our Facility/Grounds Maintenance department. This position will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of the interior/exterior of the building and grounds.
Description:

• Lawn Work (Clearing/Clean brush, Mowing, Moving Mulch)
• Assisting with delivery of packages,
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Mowing, weed eating, blowing- porches, docks, decks, aisles, hedge trimming, new planting and grounds development.
• Spraying Selective and Non-Selective herbicides and aquatic algaecide
• Cleaning/maintenance of equipment Storage areas (tool, equipment)
• Independent, self-motivated worker that can work without direct supervision and work with other as a team.
• General maintenance of all equipment used in Job Function.
• Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in performance of all job functions
• Operation of PIV (power industrial equipment)

Experience:

• Experience in overall grounds maintenance, Preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent attendance
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with associates at all levels of the organization
• Use of general hand tools

Hours:Seasonal Position

• Monday - Friday 8AM - 3:30PM
