Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position is responsible for demonstrating expert account and marketing planning skills that serves as a senior account lead supporting the marketing account team who partners with businesses to deliver a differentiated customer experience. This is a senior position on the account team that supports marketing leadership and account managers in the day-to-day delivery of projects and account services. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
- Work with account manager and business partners/accounts to create marketing and communication plans.
- Establish goals and objectives for account teams to follow.
- Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate events and provide support and direction.
- Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback.
- Collaborate, coordinate and partner with account managers and other members of the team - graphic designers, print media designers, web designers, media reps, and social and digital teams to ensure that all elements of a business partner's marketing needs are met.
- Analyze and track Marketing Plan to make sure goals were achieved and adjust accordingly.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four (4) year college or technical school with a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related account management experience.
- Degree in the field of marketing, real estate, business, project management and/or related field preferred.
- Requires a strong drive to deliver the ultimate customer marketing experience, enthusiasm for The Villages and all it has to offer, and the ability to problem solve to handle a variety of variables.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and servant leadership skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
