Overview
CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our Birth Center in Lincoln, Nebraska . This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, robust practice.
Details of the position:

  • Growing team of 6 midwives
  • Call 1:5+
  • Average of 14-18 patient visits per day, per provider
  • Average of 7-10 deliveries per month, per provider
  • In-office Ultrasound and NST are available
  • Works in a collaborative model alongside Ob-Gyns, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and OB Hospitalists
  • Experience preferred, but not required
  • EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Licensed in the state of Nebraska

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:

    • Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
    • Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
    • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
    • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
  • A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
