About the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity

• Multi Surgeon Group covering Total Joint, Sports, Hand, and Foot/Ankle
• Physican Assistants rotate with all Surgeons
• 80% office and 20 % OR
• Ambulatory Surgical Center on campus (4-5 cases a day)
• See 20-25 patients on clinic days
• PAs see patients for initial work up and follow post-op patients
• Physical exam, order Diagnostic X-ray and MRI, Referral to Physical Therapy, Injections, OR evaluation
• Office hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday
• One weekend rounding per month
• EMR is Athena
• 2 office locations are 20 minutes apart
• MRI and X-Ray on site
• 1-2 MAs help Providers with rooming patients, assist with procedures

Requirements of the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity

• Graduate with Masters Degree from PA Program
• Career Ortho focus- Preceptorship, Elective rotations during clinical year, Residency, Athletic Trainer, PTA
• Washington State Medical License
• Ortho experience is encouraged but Ortho motivated recent graduates are encouraged to connect
• Interest in Trigger point and Joint injections
• OR first assist experience is not required as there is an opportunity to be clinic focused only

• Base Salary is $125,000 and up
• Profit/Revenue share of 4% divided quarterly
