Fixed Route Driver (CDL Required) Full-Time
Location: Vehicle Pick-Up/Drop-Off at 415 N. Zarfoss Dr., York, PA
Starting Pay: $22.50/hour (increases to $25.00/hour after 90 days of solo driving)

About the Role:
As a Fixed Route Driver , you will play a key role in ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely, comfortably, and on time. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by helping others access essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicles safely along scheduled routes, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist passengers with mobility aids, including wheelchairs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Accurately maintain trip logs, fare records, and other required documentation.
• Operate fare collection equipment and account for collected fares.
• Communicate with dispatch via radio systems and follow all safety protocols.
• Respond to emergency situations in alignment with established procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Site Manager.

Qualifications:

• CDL Requirements:
  • CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (P) and Air Brake Restriction Lifted (no "L," "Z," or "N" restrictions).
  • Candidates without these qualifications may consider applying for our Non-CDL Driver position.
• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts within the following operational hours:
  • Saturday & Sunday: 4:30 AM 11:30 PM
  • Monday Friday: 4:30 AM 12:15 AM
