We are seeking Nurse Practitioner for full-time positions supporting our client.
Our Family Health Center provides pediatric and adult care and is currently the practice is in need of an experience Nurse Practitioner.
Your Responsibilities:

• - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  - Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and discharge planning

Requirements:

• - Valid Nurse Practitioner license
  - Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
  - Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  - Ability to lift and move patients as needed
