Key Responsibilities: - Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of assigned facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, and operational. This includes minor repairs and general upkeep tasks.
- Groundskeeping: Perform grounds maintenance duties such as pressure washing, pulling weeds, and cleaning parking lots. Ensure that outdoor areas are well-maintained and free of debris.

- Material Handling: Load and unload materials up to 45 lbs, ensuring they are transported and stored safely.
