To provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Optimize evaluation and treating of all patients who could benefit from intervention.
Appropriate documentation of progress toward identified objectives.
Communication of patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family, the staff and other professionals.
Build a strong rehabilitative care practice within each facility by directing NovaCare/Select Physical Therapy staff activities.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with facility staff.
Actively integrating therapist's role into facility team.
Education staff, other healthcare professionals, and the general community about therapy and NovaCare/Select Physical Therapy services on a consistent basis.
Attending facility patient care, utilization review, marketing administrative staff/department head, and family conference committee meeting on a consistent basis.
Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with other healthcare professionals and colleagues in the community.
Adhering to the requirements of the patient's Bill of Rights.
Subject to limitations imposed by state and/or local law.
Required Credentials:
Graduation from a program satisfying the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association's academic and practicum requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Must hold a valid license issued by the State in which they are practicing, and have two (2) years of progressively responsible experience.
Basic Life Support CPR with AED certification required.
Weekends Only- (occasionally weekdays)
