Position : Physical Therapist - SNF
Location : Cashmere, WA
Pay scale : $45-50 (Open to discuss during interview)
Shift : Flexible
Responsibilities: - Conducting patient assessments, diagnosing physical impairments, and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborating with family members, physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals to design comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Integrating traditional physical therapy techniques with cutting-edge approaches for optimal patient recovery.
- Providing guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Documenting thorough progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
- Motivating and assisting patients in overcoming physical challenges, fostering a positive rehabilitation environment.
- Managing patient records and updating medical documentation with attention to detail.
- Staying current with advancements in physical therapy and related medical fields.
Requirements :
- Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy or equivalent.
- Specialized experience with specific patient populations or conditions may be necessary.
- Possession of a valid physical therapy license and relevant certifications.
