Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians to provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This includes performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and obtain detailed medical histories
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory studies and imaging procedures
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families on disease management, prevention, and healthy living
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records in an electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, best practices, and continuing education requirements

Qualifications:

• OPEN TO NEW GRADUATES
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina
• Certification in Family Practice from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., ANCC, AANP)
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
