Responsibilities

• Existing urology clinic/service line.
• Medicare 80%+
• No pediatrics
• 25-30 daily patients
• 100% outpatient clinic
• Procedures - Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, TRUS Measurement, TRUS Biopsy, Testopel Implant, Urodynamics
• No call outside of business hours at this time. During shift, will take patient calls and call patients as needed

Qualifications

• Needing a board certified FNP.
• AZ license preferred but not required.
• Urology Practice Experience preferred (heavily procedure based)

Pay Range
$65.62 - $69.71 /hour
