2nd Shift CNC Lathe Machinist What is in it for you? Full time hours. Monday -Friday (Occasional Saturdays) 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12am plus overtime Weekly Pay ( Every Friday) True Temp to Hire Opportunity Competitive pay $26.88 per hour based on experience Your Responsibilities: Set up and run CNC lathes. Must have the ability to setup and touch off tools, machine jaws for both lathes and mills. Experience with utilizing a pre-setter off line for tool offsets Experience with CNC lathes a must. Experience with macro programming and Mastercam or other major programming software Full knowledge of measuring tools required. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and complete setups autonomously. Who we are looking for: 3+ years of operation experience with CNC Lathes (such as Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan, etc.) . Ability to set-up a CNC lathe (including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off of tools/establishing offsets, reading of manufacturing drawings, and first article buy-off) on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls. Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds using mechanical equipment.
