Job Description:
- Seeking PRN CRNAs with the flexibility to take call.
- Preferred weekday schedule is 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Expected to work within a care team model and have the capability to assist with own cases, but primarily focusing on supervisory roles.
- Call coverage is required, including unrestricted night and weekend call.
- Support staff includes 9-12 CRNAs on day shift and 2 CRNAs on call during nights and weekends.
- Daily weekday shift is from 7am to 5pm, with night call from 7pm to 7am.
- Weekend call spans from 7am Saturday to 7am Sunday.
- All call duties involve beeper call, with potential day cases scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Efficient practice management is expected using the Medaxion EMR system.
