Facility Physical Environment: 25-bed inpatient mental health facility in Central/North Central Vermont
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide history and physical assessments on the next business day to incoming patients.
• Provide physical healthcare patient consultations and follow-up as requested by psychiatry staff.
• Develop and implement patient wellness programming with staff.
• Attend administrative and educational medical and hospital staff meetings as determined by the Executive Medical Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree from an Accredited School of Medicine
• Board Certified by the applicable American Specialty Board
• Shall hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Vermont or eligible for Vermont licensure
• Shall hold unrestricted clinical privileges pertaining to the provision of care to inpatient psychiatric patients at the facility
