We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture.
Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years' working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR.

• Practice in business for over 30 years
• 85% PPO 15%FFS
• 17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider
• Dr. chairs: 8 Hyg. chairs: 9
• CBCT, iTero, Cerec
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
