Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient setting.
- May include inpatient coverage on rare occasions if the inpatient therapist is unavailable.
- Participate in weekly visits to a nursing home; the round trip is approximately 17.4 miles, with a 10-15 minute travel time one way. The work at the nursing home, including travel time, is 2-3 hours.
- Mileage for travel is reimbursed per mile.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals of managing 8-9 outpatients per day.
- Utilize the Evident CPSI charting system for documentation.
- Office hours are 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Be prepared to potentially cover observation, acute, or SNF level care in a critical access hospital setting when necessary.
