Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist for our client. This Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications - Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist preferably in AZ
- Patient Care and Home Care experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
