HVAC-Engineer IV-Full-Time-London
  • Job responsibilities also include the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, electrical switchgear, lighting, boiler plant maintenance for the facility.
  • This role checks operations of all installed machinery and safety equipment, as well as inspects areas of buildings to ensure personnel and patient protection (fire, safety, and security) and recommends corrective actions.
  • The Engineer IV troubleshoots, diagnose, and make emergency repairs of equipment or apparatus as required; installs, inspects, maintains and repairs mechanical and fixed equipment as directed, as well as carries out preventive maintenance programs.
  • Applies applicable codes and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • May assist in defining specifications for replacements, upgrades and renovations
  • May make recommendations for improved service and reliability. May also work on multiple trades. Must adhere to a culture of safety.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Trade School or Technical College in HVAC, or other related Engineering field.
  • A Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVACR engineering or similar role.
  • EPA refrigerant universal certification preferred.
  • CHC is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Must Have Valid Driver's Licenses
