Clinical Educator Med/Surg/Tele

• Experience: Clinical Educator with experience in the last 2 years in:
• Needs assessment, competency and curriculum development, implementation of learning plan, and evaluation of effectiveness for bedside nursing staff in inpatient Med/Surg/Tele departments
• Proficient with Microsoft office including Power Point and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) or other nationally recognized certification in healthcare quality
• Education:
• BSN required, Master's Degree or higher in healthcare related field preferred
• Experience:
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma green or black belt certification
• Required: Project management experience
• Strong leadership, coordination, and verbal and written communication skills
