Job Description:

Conducts data analytics to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making or solution development. Implements data standards and deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics. Collaborates with OCM specialist and stakeholders to understand stakeholder needs, objectives, and requirements. Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity. Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards. Administers post-implementation surveys and monitors to collect data, perform analysis and measure the results of changes. Helps to identify and categorize all stakeholders affected by the change. Analyzes the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people. Typically reports to the contractor's program manager and/or the Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant.
