Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for various facilities.
• Travel between multiple locations to ensure proper functioning of facility systems.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
• Conduct periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory and monitor maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
• Comply with all safety procedures and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze the operation of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
