Payrate: $48.00 to $52.00/hr
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Data Scientist with a strong focus on generative AI and large language models (LLMs). The successful candidate will contribute their expertise to develop AI-driven tools, optimize machine learning (ML) models, and advance the adoption of generative AI technologies within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage AI and ML-powered digital products across various stages of development.
• Develop and integrate generative AI and LLM-based solutions, ensuring modular and reusable code for scalability.
• Analyze enterprise data and monitor performance of deployed models to generate actionable insights in support of business objectives and maintain data/model quality.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging ML and AI to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of MLOps pipelines and automation workflows to support scalable deployment of ML/AI solutions.

Education:

• Doctorate degree in computer science, mathematics, computer/electrical engineering, or a related quantitative field

- OR -

• Master's degree and 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or software development

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Advanced proficiency in machine learning and software development using Python and SQL, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to communicate technical information concisely and effectively to audiences of varying backgrounds
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and provide actionable insights from business problems, data, and Machine Learning or Generative AI models.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, integrate, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI products
• Manage and enhance current digital products with a focus on creating modular, reusable code
• Test and evaluate new techniques and scripts
• Prototype digital products

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
