With direction from the Deputy or County Appraiser, the position is responsible for maintenance of all real estate and personal property records. Responsibilities include measuring, classifying & gathering data for real estate, sketching properties, data entry, filing, cross training for all areas in the office. This position is in constant contact with the public and other departments. Research and taking initiative independently are skills used daily. Must have a valid driver's license. Education through specialized appraisal classes will be offered. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
