A busy personal injury law firm in downtown Gilbert, AZ (suburb of Phoenix) is looking for a 1-5 year Plaintiff personal injury lawyer. The successful candidate must be able to take a case from intake to settlement. Must be licensed in AZ.

Job Duties:

Draft pleadings

Respond to written discovery

Take and defend depositions

Handle ADR

Settle pre-litigation cases

Organize and maintain all client files

Handle/assist intakes as needed

Update clients

Negotiate liens

Assist in file management

Draft demands

Negotiate settlement

Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel

Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence

Experience and Education Required:

1-5 years of Plaintiff personal injury experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Experience using case management software.

Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
