Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: 755 E McDowell Rd First Floor Phoenix, AZ 85006
Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient center located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist . We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Join our growing occupational therapy team at a hospital based facility that has a ton of space with a wide variety of equipment and technology. Looking for an OT that treats neurological pathologies and enjoys collaboration with physicians and neuro team. You will be joining another OT, COTA, a CHT , as well as an SLP, and PTs that treat orthopedic and neurological impairments. New Grads welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:
- Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how Occupational Therapists may practice and whom Occupational Therapists may supervise.
- Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency and duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.
- Responsible for the supervision and delegation of occupational therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.
- Demonstrate completion of patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
- Enhances, develops, and expands relationships with referral sources and maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy
- National registration and state licensure REQUIRED
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid state drivers license
