Calling all Kitchen Commanders!
The Fairfield Inn Dedham is now hiring for a Sous Chef/Line Cook. Must be detail oriented, able to work on own and in a team, and must have good communication skills. Experience required. Haitian food knowledge a plus. Full time hours available.
The salary is $20.00/ hour

Job Responsibilities include:
•Handle and store food and ingredients safely
•Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
•Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
•Present, garnish and arrange final dishes with a focus on consistency
•Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
•Other duties as assigned
