Job Description
Duties:
  • Ensures products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyberspace security standards and practices through formal verification methods.
  • Verify/validate systems with specific emphasis on network operations and cyberspace warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to information networks.
  • Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
  • Prepare assessments and cyberspace threat profiles of current and planned products based on sophisticated testing, research, and analysis.
  • Conduct research and evaluate technical performance of enterprise products and systems.
  • Provide feedback to design engineers and evaluate end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
  • Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements.
  • Review test plans/procedures and ensures they verify/validate the requirements.
  • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.
  • Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for decision makers.
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Qualifications :
  • Must possess Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Requires 5 to 8 years experience with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years experience with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years experience with PhD.
  • Experience verifying and validating systems and assessing cyberspace threats.
  • Understanding of requirements and government information assurance and cyberspace security standards and practices
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $160,000. Final salary is commensurate upon education and applicable years of experience.
