Bergen County Law Firm looking for experienced Personal Injury Attorneys.
Looking for courtroom action? We are a practice of 28 civil trial attorneys seeking to hire several attorneys from entry-level to 10+ years of experience to work with our 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys in preparing and trying personal injury trials.

Qualifications
Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years Personal Injury Experience
•Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus)
•Plaintiff or defense experience
•Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
•Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
•Understanding of legal medicine
•Deposition, Arbitration, dispositive motion experience
•Experience prepping cases for trial
Experienced Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience
•New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
•Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
•Medical Malpractice Experience and/ Product Liability
•Proven Track Record
•Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
•Federal Court Experience a plus
•Good writing skills
•Winning record
•Solid work ethic
