Job Description Speech Language Pathologist - Rehabilitation Services - Per diem - The areas highest quality rehabilitation care providing a warm and compassionate environment - Minimum of 2 shifts monthly (Monday-Friday) as needed - The Speech Language Pathologist will provide and direct speech therapy services which may include pediatric, adult and/or geriatric persons to help them reach their maximum potential.

Minimum Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- Hold a certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Homecare visits required
- Valid State licensure
- Minimum three (3) years of experience; geriatrics or other related health care facility preferred.
- Flu vaccine required or receive a medical exemption prior to employment
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes

Parker Rehab at Home Services (Home-Based) Parker offers Rehabilitation Services - Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy - in the comfort of one's home. We provide high quality, one-on-one individualized therapy sessions with the highest clinical outcomes for our participants. Program participants benefit from services offered in their own home by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Mileage, cell phone reimbursement, and travel time to visits are additional and covered per Parker's guidelines.
