POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Document Control Specialist coordinates the implementation of established documentation procedures within an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environment. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining project filing systems and managing project-related databases. The specialist will handle the receipt, processing, monitoring, distribution, and expediting internal and external engineering and supplier documentation across various media formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: - Coordinate and maintain project-specific documentation systems by established procedures.
- Organize, manage, and index technical documents to ensure efficient retrieval and distribution.
- Receive, process, monitor, and expedite internal and external engineering and supplier documentation distribution.
- Utilize EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) to ensure proper document control processes are followed.
- Handle all forms of documentation, including physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management tools.
- Maintain stable performance under pressure, handling stress in a manner acceptable to the organization and others.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including scanning and indexing technical documents.
- Experience using Document Control Systems such as EDMS, SharePoint, Documentum, Aconex, Procore, or ProjecTools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
