UCR Health has a career opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing patient centric healthcare to our patients. The position's primary work location will be at Silver Oaks Women's Health Clinic. This position will work independently and in conjunction with a supervising physician to provide clinical expertise complex patients by taking detailed medical histories, performing exams, interpreting lab results, making diagnoses, and implement ambulatory treatment. Provides patient/family member education promoting health maintenance, Diabetes education and patient safety in a women's health clinic setting. Provides care to women from adolescence through menopause with a focus on obstetrics, reproduction and gynecology. Collaborates with others in the clinic to assure smooth flow of patient care consistent with established quality indicators and participates in the overall coordination of patient care. Works closely with MA's and provides back-office guidance. The care delivered will be based on evidence-based and guideline-based practice, and scientific knowledge, and in accordance with requirements set forth by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
The full salary range for the Nurse Practitioner-Women's Health is $162,613.44 - $228,406.32 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $181,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
