CNC Mill/Turning $30-35/hour Setup, Edits, Run Parts (med. to large) short runs/multiple change overs Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and machining parameters.
- Set tools and fixtures, make offsets and compensations, modify G-code
- Calculates requirements using basic math
- Ensures the production plan is executed and met.
- Track all work in process within department, ensure all materials are identified and traceable.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding machine setup, operation, malfunctions, etc.
- Identify and communicate production issues and communicate production issues in a timely manner
- Documents actions
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
