We are looking for a results driven, go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our office. This person needs to be a multitasker who is detail oriented, customer service driven, and able to build lasting relationships with customersCandidate must be able to communicate effectively via PHONE and emailThe primary responsibility of this position is to generate new business by reaching out to potential clientsHours are flexible but this is not a remote position
Marketing/Events Manager Responsibilities -
including but not limited to:
Answer customer phone calls and emails
Generate leads via email and phone calls
Provide pricing & book events
Schedule & confirm events
Assist owners with daily tasks
Create flyers, marketing materials for events

Requirements

• Experience with common business software (Microsoft Suite, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs)
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
