Trademark Associate Attorney

Our client is a top national firm, seeking a trademark associate for its highly-ranked IP practice in Denver, Boulder, Salt Lake City or the Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this role in Colorado is between $195k to $217k.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in global and domestic prosecution, conducting trademark searches, and global trademark strategy development
• Experience in trademark enforcement, online enforcement (e.g., demand letters, notice and take-down requests, online marketplace monitoring), TTAB proceedings, and UDRP proceedings is also required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are a plus, although not required.
• State bar admission is required.
