Lead OT serves as a mentor and resource for the team, providing support and guidance on complex cases, treatment techniques, and best practices in the field.Primary Responsibilities:Lead a team of Occupational Therapists and COTAs, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest quality of therapy services.Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients, including assessments, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans.Collaborate with multi disciplinary services OT, COTA, SLP, PT, Mental health, and ABA.
