Encore Technologies is seeking a Citrix Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Citrix solutions, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability. Your expertise in NetScaler ACD/gateway, Citrix PVS, VDI, application publishing, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery will contribute to the success of our virtualization and application delivery initiatives.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive experience with NetScaler ACD/gateway to design, configure, and optimize Citrix Client (formerly NetScaler) solutions for efficient application delivery and load balancing.
• Some experience leveraging Citrix PVS (Provisioning Services) and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) to build and manage virtual desktop and application environments.
• Take ownership of publishing applications and managing them in enterprise Citrix environments, ensuring seamless access and user satisfaction.
• Demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot applications within a Citrix environment, identifying and resolving issues to maintain a high level of performance and user experience.
• Leverage your expertise to design, build, and maintain Citrix solutions that provide high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Citrix solutions that align with best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements related to Citrix technologies, sharing your knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance monitoring and optimization of Citrix environments, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with application owners to ensure effective integration, performance, and delivery of applications in the Citrix environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience with NetScaler ACD/gateway.
• Familiarity with Citrix PVS and VDI, including virtual desktop provisioning and management.
• Some experience in publishing applications and managing them in enterprise Citrix environments.
• Experience troubleshooting applications within a Citrix environment, with a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Hands-on experience maintaining Citrix solutions for high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) scenarios.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve common goals.
• Continuous learner mindset with a commitment to staying current with Citrix advancements and industry best practices.
