What your day will look like:

Manage existing book of business to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention by providing excellent service.

Gather and input client information for quoting purposes into the agency management and rating systems. Finalize and review quotes with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Process customer payments both in-office, online, and over the phone. Respond to and address daily servicing needs and requests from clients.

Take advantage of new business opportunities by evaluating a prospects current insurance program and offering alternatives based on coverage and price.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Ability to secure P&C license

Strong working knowledge of Word & Excel

Prior property and casualty insurance experience a plus!
